This year, RBMS has renewed its contribution to the “Jurídico & Fiscal” newsletter published by the Portuguese-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCILA), which aims to provide up-to-date and relevant legal and tax information for businesses.
This July, the CCILA’s fortnightly general newsletter features an article by Inês Castelo Branco, an Associate Lawyer in RBMS’s Labour Department, on “Pay transparency in Portugal: what still needs to be done”.
To Inês Castelo Branco, “Portugal has missed the deadline of 7 June 2026 for the full transposition of the Pay Transparency Directive. National legislation already partially transposes this Directive, but action must be taken regarding the aspects where this has not yet been done.”
